High Adventure Coordinator

- Prepared and set up all climbing tower and zipline program supplies for the program running that day
- Confirmed with prearranged staff their comfort and knowledge in several areas of the course
- Ran through a program following all emotional and physical safety checkpoints as prescribed by both Girl Scouts of America and the American Camp Association
- Coached groups of 15 - 45 girls in grades four and up through various activities including climbing, zip lining, and belaying
Long-Term Substitute Teacher
Palm Harbor University High School’s International Baccalaureate Program, Palm Harbor, Florida – (January 2023 - February 2023)
Long-term substitute teaching for a teacher on maternity leave, covering IB’s capstone course “The Theory of Knowledge” as well as the multi-grade course “Diploma Support”.
- Responsible for the safety of 20 - 25 high schoolers ages 16-18 at a time for two hours at a time
- Teach the material left by the teacher and create supplemental materials as needed
- Assign and grade materials made by the teacher and myself and input grades to Focus for student viewing
- Maintaining class, school, and district rules while in the classroom to ensure students are both physically and emotionally safe
- Coordinate with parents on any concerns I have about students both academically and behaviorally


Office Assistant / Tutor

Wired for Success is a tutoring business that focuses on on-time and personalized tutoring to meet the immediate academic needs of its clients while also specializing in twice-exceptional students as well as students who need all-around educational help.
- Prepare for daily sessions by getting the space ready, checking grades, and pulling resources or pacing guides
- Take phone calls daily from potential and current customers about sessions, booking, and payment
- Tutor clients from 3rd grade to 12th grade in math and other subjects, including Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, and College Readiness
- Make teaching and study plans to assist clients in passing state-mandated or graduation-required tests and exams
- Communicate with parents via phone and email about office updates, appointments, and educational updates on their child
Substitute Teacher

- Responsible for the safety of 12 to 25 kids ages 5-18 at a time for one to eight hours
- Teach the material left by the teacher or material related to the subject of the class
- Coordinate with the county on what schools need a substitute and going to those schools on assigned days
